Two West Indies selectees are included in an 18-member training squad for next month's West Indies Women's Cricket Tournament here.

Fastbolwer Debbie-Ann "Metric" Lewis and allrounder Susan Redhead, who played for the West Indies during the recent home series against Sri Lanka, are heading the list of women selected for the intensified training.

The squad also includes Marcelle Belmar and Lydia Edgar who were selected for the West Indies during the 90s but never played since there were no organised tour.

The remaining players are Bernadette Mahon, Helen Hunte, Nevelyn Toussaint, Afy Fletcher, Marilyn Nelson, Caroline Alexander, Andrea Peters, Ann-Rose Peters, Jessian Thomas, Dianty LaPompe, Michelle Bedeau, Marilyn Ettienne, Dianne John and Aneisha Thomas.

The final 14 players will be selected on May 24.

The West Indies Women's Cricket Tournament will be played in Grenada from June 15-29.
